Standing ovation for Year 3 & Year 5!
Before the Easter holidays, our stage came alive with two spectacular Performing Arts showcases.
🌟 Year 3: ‘Reach for the Stars’ - a high-energy journey through the ‘Golden Era’ of dance, featuring iconic hits from the 70s and 90s. Year 3 brought confidence, enthusiasm, and technical precision!
🌍Year 5: ‘Spirit of Africa’ - the hall resonated with Djembe drums, a delicate flue melody, and beautiful vocal solos and duets. Year 5 also performed traditional African dance with skilled rhythm and emotional storytelling.
We are very proud of all the students’ hard work, it was a joy to welcome so many parents to watch!

Earth Week at Knightsbridge 🌱
This week we are proudly celebrating Earth Week. At KS, we are committed to sustainability and working together to care for the environment. Following our Eco-School status award last year, our student-led Eco Council has been hard at work leading initiatives to reduce our carbon footprint and inspire our community.
Throughout this week, students will be participating in sustainability workshops and our Junior classes will be visiting Vauxhall City Farm. We can’t wait to celebrate all things sustainability!

IAPS Ski Championships ⛷️🏆
Last month, we took our U11 and U13 ski teams to Passo del Tonale to compete in the IAPS Ski Championships. They worked hard and put in an incredible performance, competing with over 200 pupils. A big well done to our medalists in the giant slalom event:

Maths Masters: Top 5 in ISA London North! 🧮🏆
A huge congratulations to our Year 6 mathematicians who represented us at the ISA London North Maths Masters competition last week! Competing against 40 other schools, the skill was incredible 👏
Two of our students secured a brilliant 4th place, just 1 mark away from 2nd and 3 marks away from the top spot!
We are also proud of two other students who were awarded the Resilient Team Award. Out of every team present, they were recognised for their unwavering teamwork and “never-give-up” attitude, re-trying every challenge until they found success.

From the “five-second rule” to the chemistry of the perfect smile, our Senior Science Fair brought STEAM week to life! 🧬 🧪
Our Years 5-10 students have spent the past few weeks diving into the scientific method. They have built hypotheses, conducted rigorous testing, and presented their findings with confidence and brilliantly visual project posters. Projects included:
🗑️ Testing the strength of supermarket bin bags
🦠 Finding the truth behind the five-second rule
🪥 Investigating which toothpaste has the best pH for your teeth
Well done to everyone who took part!
