Knightsbridge School, otherwise known as KS, is a co-educational day school for children aged 3-16 set in the heart of Central London. Achievement and success are believed to be best accomplished when pupils learn in an ecosystem of happiness.

KS is incredibly proud of the happy, vibrant and purposeful community that has been built over the last 16 years. When parents walk through the blue doors they are warmly welcomed into a friendly school where there is a palpable buzz; children chatting happily with one another and their teachers as they move between lessons, matches or clubs or heading off for a delicious lunch in the dining room. Exceptional pastoral care ensures that Knightsbridge School pupils feel loved and well supported by consistent messages based around the KS
Code – both at school and at home.

There are six main aims at KS – Atmosphere, Attitude, Autonomy, Achievement, All- Rounder and Action. Teamwork is key to achieving these A’s at school.

A broad and engaging curriculum, combined with an outstanding range of over 70 extra- curricular opportunities, mean that children have the opportunity to be creative, curious and, by having a go, to find their talents and develop the skills for success.

An academically rigorous approach to learning enables children to excel across the curriculum. Senior pupils join from the junior section of Knightsbridge School, with curiosity in the classroom and backed up by a range of co-curricular activities.

Pupils have three sports sessions per week including team sport. Knightsbridge School uses local facilities at Burton Court, Battersea Park, Holland Park, St Luke’s and Imperial College. There are weekly fixtures against other schools both within the local area and surrounding counties in football, rugby, netball, and cross country, as well as opportunities to try individual sports such as tennis, badminton, swimming and fitness training.

A strong can-do spirit runs like a golden thread throughout the school from pupils to staff and to the parents who support every step of the way.
