KNIGHTSBRIDGE SCHOOL RECENTLY held its tenth annual Entrepreneur Competition. This five-month project began in January, when students formed groups and presented their products in a Dragon’s Den-style pitch. 17 teams then advanced to the next round, where they created an advertising campaign and received support and tips from visiting industry professionals.
At the grand final, the groups sold their products at bespoke stalls, before judges handed out prizes to the winning teams. Award-winning products included plantable greeting cards, homemade jams and organic lavender pouches.
Magoo Giles, founder and principal of Knightsbridge School, said: “It is a testament to the teamwork between our staff and parents that we can host such an inspiring competition. It allows us to continue to champion hard work, resilience and collaboration amongst our fabulous students.
