We are proud to celebrate another year of excellent GCSE results, which reflect the determination of our pupils, the dedication of our staff, and the strength of our community.
This year:
-
44% of all grades were awarded at 9–7 (A–A)*
-
85% achieved grades 9–4 (A–C)*
These results are a testament to the high standards we set, and the supportive environment that allows every child to achieve their personal best.
Lucy’s Journey to Success
Lucy joined Knightsbridge School in Year 9 after moving from the United States, where she had been following the American curriculum. Transitioning to a new school, a new education system, and a new country is a challenge for any teenager. Yet, with the right support and encouragement, Lucy not only settled quickly into life at Knightsbridge, but thrived.
In just three years, she not only adjusted but excelled, achieving an extraordinary 10 Grade 9s, with **100% of her grades at 9–8 (A*–A)**. Her results are a reflection of her incredible work ethic, resilience, and passion for learning, as well as the support of her teachers and peers.
Lucy will now go on to study Maths, Further Maths, Physics, and Latin at A Level. We are confident she will continue to flourish, and we cannot wait to see all that she achieves in the next stage of her academic journey.
Looking Ahead
Lucy’s story is just one example of the outstanding achievements across our school this year. Beyond the results themselves, these outcomes reflect the strength of the Knightsbridge School community, a place where students are encouraged, challenged, and supported to reach their full potential.
This year, our pupils received offers from some fantastic schools, including Latymer Upper, City of London School for Girls, Colfe’s, and Emmanuel. These offers reflect both the calibre of our pupils and the firm foundations laid during their time at Knightsbridge School.
A Community of Excellence
At Knightsbridge School, we believe in developing not only strong academic results, but also well-rounded, confident young people who are prepared for life beyond the classroom. Whether joining at the very start of their school journey, or later like Lucy, every child benefits from the same warmth, structure, and high expectations that define our school community.
A Message to Our Students
To all of our GCSE pupils: we are incredibly proud of your hard work, perseverance, and achievements. Wherever you are moving on next, we know you will carry with you the values, curiosity, and ambition that make our school so special.
Congratulations to the Class of 2025 – we wish you every success in the exciting journeys ahead!
