At the break of dawn, the KS Ski Team set off for Hemel Hempstead’s Snow Centre, ready to carve their mark on the prestigious ISA Indoor Ski Championships. With adrenaline in the air and skis sharpened for battle, our young athletes prepared to tackle the Slalom – a test of lightning reflexes, icy precision, and fearless determination.

The atmosphere was electric as competitors from across the country flew through the gates with daring turns and bold speed. Each run was a clash of nerves and skill, the slope demanding total focus and punishing even the smallest mistake. But the KS skiers rose to the challenge, carving arcs with grit and style, proving themselves among the fiercest racers on the mountain.

The results were nothing short of spectacular. In the U14 Boys, James K showed nerves of steel to claim a brilliant bronze medal in the Individual standings. Teammates Alexander and George weren’t far behind, storming into 5th and 7th place respectively – remarkable finishes against a field brimming with talent.

But the crowning glory came from the U12 Boys Team. With flawless skiing, relentless focus, and sheer willpower, Apollo, Oscar, and Luca dominated the course to secure 1st place and be crowned ISA Indoor Ski Champions in the U12 team event. Their victory was a masterclass in teamwork and determination, a moment of pure triumph that will be remembered for years to come.

The silverware brought home is a testament to the spirit, dedication, and sheer excellence of our skiers. But the real victory for us was every athlete who took to the slope and represented KS with pride, courage, and a hunger to excel. Congratulations to all our racers – you carved your names into KS ski racing history!
