KS students win Road Safety Award at Mayor’s Parlour
On Monday 21st January, Sophie and Eman-Clara were invited to visit the Mayor’s Parlour to receive their prizes for winning the Road Safety Calendar competition. They attended with their families and Miss Maura where they represented KS beautifully. Well done girls!
Year 1 Adventure to the Tower of London!
In Inquiry lessons J1 have been learning all about the Tower of London, crown jewels and beefeaters! It was so exciting to see everything we have learnt about, we had such a fun time on our trip, especially being able to take a ferry to the tower!

Greek Pupils sing at Lloyds Register
The Greek Choir sang at the annual cut of Vasilopita (St Basil’s pie) at Lloyd’s Register. According to the Greek custom, children sing traditional carols wishing luck and prosperity for the New Year and they are given money or treats. Mr James Gibson, who is part of the Men’s Open Team for tag rugby (and also a KS Sports Teacher) flew to Australia last week to compete in the World Cup.
