Receptionist

Required for September 2018

Knightsbridge School currently educates 400 boys and girls from ages 3 – 13.  The school, which is set in the heart of London, combines a warm and nurturing environment with excellent resources and a commitment to teamwork and the professional development of staff.  

We are seeking a Receptionist to act as the first point of call for all parents, school visitors and callers. To welcome visitors and direct as appropriate, and to manage all telephone calls and queries, re-directing as appropriate. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, quick thinking and eager to learn.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated EYFS Teaching and Learning Assistant to cover one of our lovely TA’s who is going on Maternity Leave in May 2018.

Full Time Clubs and Activities Co-ordinator  

Required to start June 2018

Knightsbridge School has a wonderful opportunity for a well organised and creative clubs and activities co – coordinator to lead its Extra – Curricular programme. The school take huge pride in it’s club’s provision and there are already over 40 different weekly clubs offered to our children. The successful candidate will continue what has already been put in place but will also look at opportunities to expand the programme to offer even more opportunities for our children both in school time and especially during the holidays.  
 
Although an educational background is desired this is not compulsory. The successful candidate will be an outstanding administrator, imaginative and well organised. 
 
Knightsbridge School is a pre-preparatory and preparatory school, educating 400 boys and girls ages 3 – 13, with a unique sense of vision centred on the KS Code.   We offer a supportive team environment and an ethos of developing and growing our staff members.
