Adam brings more than 20 years’ experience in education leadership, working with students from the early years through to A-Level. Before joining Knightsbridge, he was Headmaster of Broomfield House School in Kew, recognised among the world’s leading schools and awarded an Area of Significant Strength for the Quality of Education by the Independent Schools Inspectorate, one of the highest accolades within the sector.
A Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching, Adam holds an MBA from Warwick Business School, with particular interests in innovation, entrepreneurship, strategy and how organisations can continue to create value in a rapidly changing world. He has also undertaken executive study in Design Thinking and is passionate about forward-thinking, research-informed education that develops creativity, character, leadership and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Beyond education, Adam has always been drawn to challenge and exploration, from expeditions in the Himalayas and cycling across America to, most recently, running 115km across London linking Dukes Education schools in support of charitable causes. These experiences have shaped his interest in resilience, adaptability, teamwork and effective decision-making in demanding and extreme environments, qualities he believes are increasingly important in preparing young people for an uncertain and changing world.
