The theme of this year’s International Women’s Day was #breakthebias. Our staff attended training on unconscious bias last year and we are constantly learning how to be the most inclusive environment for all students and staff that we can be. Junior students this week will explore female role models and Senior students will examine gender bias in society during our Friday morning Well-being sessions.
